Feral Cat Resources PDF Print E-mail
Solano County Friends of Animals works with the community and other organizations to promote, foster, and develop nonlethal control of feral and stray cats through sterilization programs to effectively reduce their numbers over a period of time. SCFOA embraces proactive preventative control methods such as, trap-neuter-return (TNR).

To achieve this, SCFOA will:

Educate and encourage individuals to trap-neuter-return (TNR). TNR returns feral cats to their familiar outdoor homes, where caregivers/volunteers provide on-going care, shelter, food, and supervision.
