 Jessie is a gentle girl who would be an ideal senior companion. She doesn't want much, just to spend her days near you, napping or getting some attention.
When her previous owner suffered a stroke, Jessie and some other cats were abondoned as the relatives moved their owner out and left the cats behind to fend for themselves on the street. Jessie's plantive cries caught the attention of a former caregiver who sprung into action and rescued the unwanted cats. Since then, Jessie has been in a foster home. Because she is too shy to be put in a cage at our adoption venue, it's been hard to find her forever home. Jessie would bring warmth, love and companionship to a senior looking for a furry friend and who would be willing to give her a chance at a new life. She much perfers women over men as her first owner was a woman. Although she lived with other cats, she is afraid of them. Jessie is about 6 years old and up to date with her shots. |
